Consilio Operazioni Inc. is a Planning, Spatial Consulting, Architecture and Design practice in Alabang, Muntinlupa. We set it up to bring evidence-based, data-driven methods into Philippine planning and design.
How we are set up
A small core team and a wide network.
The core team handles analysis, planning and design coordination. For each project we bring in partner practices with the right specialism, so a job can be staffed from the first study to the last site inspection without losing the thread.
Our managing director is a registered architect and a registered environmental planner, with postgraduate training in urban design at the National University of Singapore and in space syntax at University College London. Our associate director trained to RIBA Part II in the United Kingdom and spent four years with AECOM on large master plans.

Leandro Nicholas R. Poco UAP, PIEP
Registered architect (fifth place, 2007 licensure examinations) and registered environmental planner (2018). Partner at Leonardo A. Poco & Associates, Architects since 2009. Earlier an urban designer with Surbana Urban Planning Group in Singapore and a graduate architect with Palmer & Turner.

Lawrence A. Carlos RIBA Pt. II
Senior urban designer with AECOM from 2018 to 2022 on township, reclamation and regional master plans in the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand. Earlier with Make Architects and Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners in London, and associate editor and photographer at BluPrint.
